Conference Organization – Part II

Some further lessons from my attempt at conference arrangements: Utilize an easy to use system to coordinate, plan and facilitate submissions of papers. For this purpose, ‘Easy Chair’, an Open-source conference organizing software, has definitely helped our cause.
