With greater pressure on UK universities to make significant cost savings following the Government’s spending review, e-jobs has been developed as a low cost alternative to help universities manage their entire recruitment online, deliver huge resource efficiencies and provide a better candidate experience.
Developed alongside feedback from 15 different UK universities, e-jobs has been tailored to meet the specific recruitment needs of universities and will help manage the entire recruitment process from advertising a vacancy to evaluating responses and making an appointment.
e-jobs combines jobs.ac.uk’s in-depth knowledge of the HE sector with WCN’s award-winning recruitment technology and uses an innovative ‘only pay for what you use’ model which will enable more universities to move away from less efficient paper-based methods of recruiting to e-Recruitment practices.
