		<description>Good post. I think the key to working with consultants is to make sure that everybody involved is crystal clear on the requirements and work involved. The consultant should know exactly what&#039;s expected of them. But at the end of the day, neither should you be afraid of finding somebody else. Get the right person on the right terms and with the right attitude and you&#039;ll be away.</description>
