Hi, Interesting article. I turned down a job offer in Hong Kong once. I was tempted, but a big concern was the cultural shift and also losing my network of contacts I'd built over the years in the UK. I must say I am also very interest in research work I have obtain an Phd in Mnagement and is in the process to do research in educational psychology at the university of south africa (Masters). Although this is a new field of research for me I love every moment of if .I consider to continue with research work in Asia but hopefully if the oppertunity arise I will consider
