The Frontline Services team is responsible for providing excellent membership, advisory and help services, with the goal of enabling our students to become successful independent learners.
Duties of the RoleWe are seeking a number of Library Assistants to join our Frontline Services team in Colchester to offer outstanding support to users in accessing library resources, self-service and study facilities. The successful candidates will engage with a diverse range of users, responding to enquiries and proactively offering assistance throughout the Library building.

Skills and qualifications requiredApplicants should demonstrate a commitment to first class customer service, with excellent interpersonal, team working and digital skills. You should have GCSEs at grades A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent). Experience of working in a customer orientated environment is essential.
