INSTITUTION: King Saud University (KSU) was established in 1957 as the first University in KSA and the Gulf region. KSU is located in Riyadh, a modern, peaceful, and cosmopolitan city with a population of more than 4.500.000 originating from all over the world. KSU has a body of more than 70.000 students in more than 15 colleges including the college of Computer and Information Sciences. KSU has been recently endowed with a budget of SAR 14 Billion from the Government of KSA. KSU has been recently ranked among the top 300 Universities world-wide and the top University in the Arab world.

College of Computer and Information Sciences: The College of Computer and Information Sciences (CCIS) is the largest and one of the first colleges of computing sciences in the Middle East. Founded in 1983, the college has more than 75 faculty members and enrolls more than 2000 students. The language of instruction is English. The college consists of 5 departments: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, and Computer Engineering. It offers programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: In order to support its expansion, research, and quality plans, the CCIS has currently several opening positions at all ranks (assistant, associate, and full professors) in all its departments.

General Requirements (apply to all departments) include the following:

Ph.D. in relevant fields (Computing Sciences and Engineering) from a reputable institution of higher education.
Teaching experience at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
Outstanding record of research and scholarly activities.
Experience with quality and accreditation processes in higher education (nice-to-have).
Industrial experience in relevant fields (nice-to-have).
