HR Officer

Hours – Part time 22.5 hours across the week

Located in the heart of London's live music scene, ICMP is an independent, specialist provider of higher education programmes in contemporary music. Institute students and alumni can be found building successful careers in all areas of the music industry.

Following a highly successful HE Review by the Quality Assurance Agency, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the newly-created role of HR Officer. This appointment will strengthen the HR Department and support the achievement of ambitious plans for our future development and growth.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Officer will:

  • Assist HR Manager with all operational HR matters to include facilitation of induction programme, performance management, absence management and management of exit processes.
  • Ownership of the recruitment lifecycle including induction, orientation and probation
  • Assist HR Manager with activities related to training and development of all staff
  • Administer the coordination of training events including the preparation, production and distribution of training materials

Candidates must have previous HR experience and ideally be CIPD qualified.
