Background

Canterbury Christ Church University has developed an ambitious Estate Master Plan that ensures we continue to offer an exceptional experience to both students and staff.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with the drive, energy and commercial acumen to lead the implementation of our Estate Master Plan Programme, including the creation of new state of the art teaching facilities and development of a unique core student service location within the challenging environment presented by the historic and iconic City of Canterbury.

The Role

Working closely with colleagues across the University to ensure the Estates Strategy is fully integrated with wider strategic aims, you will lead on all stages of the Major Estates planning projects from design and procurement to commissioning and delivery.

Requirements

You are likely to have both extensive experience in managing major capital programmes and a relevant chartered professional qualification. A proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships and complex partnerships and taking strategic decisions across a wide variety of projects is essential.

We are offering a competitive remuneration package as well as a relocation package where required.
