We are one of the highest-ranking ‘new' institutions in The Guardian's 2012 University Guide and en route to becoming one of the top five specialist arts universities in the world. Research and innovation feature prominently on our agenda, the recent £9m investment in the Academy for Innovation & Research (AIR) underpins our research activities and brings together expertise around the themes of sustainable design and digital economy. We are looking to appoint world leading researchers to further strengthen our capacity and capabilities in these areas and provide inspirational leadership of these research centres within our Academy for Innovation & Research (AIR).
