A Post-Doctoral Research Associate in immunology is sought to explore mechanisms of immune tolerance induction to permit re-administration of a virus for gene therapy programs related to muscular dystrophy.
You will have a PhD in a relevant subject and be confident to conduct an independent research programs. You will have experience in the area of molecular and/or cellular immunology, with competency in purifying and analysing murine T cells. You will have the willingness to develop innovative cross-discipline translational research.
You will have:
- Wide knowledge of immunology and other medically important areas of biology
- Experience of multi-parameter flow cytometry
- The ability to conduct independent research
