Role Specification: As a Technical Writer, you will be developing and updating a variety of end-user and technical user assistance documentation to support software developed in the technology center. You will work closely with subject matter experts to understand how the software is used in order to improve user workflows descriptions and coordinate their assistance with technical reviews of the documentation.

Role Requirements:

Essential

At least four years' experience working as a Technical Author or equivalent in a technical software product environment.
Excellent English skills, with a logical and structured approach to presenting information and a clear, concise writing style.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical subjects and deliver content for different audience types.
The ability to communicate with technical specialists, to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Very good attention to detail and committed to delivering a quality end product.
Flourishes in a collaborative environment and enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-national team.
Proactive with a positive attitude and able to work on multiple deliverables with minimal supervision
Experience in the production of advanced documentation for technical software.
Knowledge of major documentation production tools and technologies, especially XML authoring.
