About the role:
Research, Development and Commercial Services provides a focal point to support the planned significant increase in our annual research and external income. The latest part in developing our activity is the establishment of our Medical Business Innovation Centre. A suitably qualified, committed, enthusiastic and skilled individual with relevant experience is now sought for the above role in support of this operation.
Providing PA and administrative assistance, this busy and challenging role will provide executive support for the Centre Manager. You will work closely with the wider Centre Team and other members of Research, Development & Commercial Services to ensure an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. Your communication and organisational skills will enable you to build good relationships at all levels.
Preferably with a degree, you will have two A levels and experience of working as an Administrator/PA, ideally in an innovation centre and/or higher education environment, you will have effective communication skills and experience of servicing meetings.
The post will be based on our Chelmsford Campus, although there may be a requirement for flexible working throughout the East of England, depending on the need and activity.
