Full-Time
The University of Bradford is seeking to appoint a Dean to the School of Management.
You will provide leadership for the School and enhance the School’s growing international reputation, and Global Campus activities. A key focus for the post holder will be to further develop the School’s research and knowledge transfer activities, lead the enhancement of the student experience in order to improve the School’s position in key league tables. The School is ‘Triple Crown’ accredited (ABS, EQUIS and AACSB: only achieved by 1% of business school’s worldwide) and retaining the Triple Crown is a top priority. Maintaining current professional accreditations (e.g., CIPD) and strategically securing other professional accreditations is also a strategic objective.
A leader in your field with appropriate experience gained in academic and professional contexts you will have the drive, credibility, expertise and people skills to fully realise the potential of the School and those who work and learn within it.
