The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Equality and Diversity professional to make a significant contribution to the achievement of Goldsmith's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the College's Equality and Diversity strategy for students and staff. A key responsibility will be to provide evidence based professional advice, support and training to foster an organisational culture that celebrates diversity and widens access to the College for students and staff.
A working knowledge of equality legislation and a track record of achievement through relationship building and influencing across large organisations will help you to be successful in this challenging role.
