The Melbourne School of Engineering at the University of Melbourne – Australia’s leading Engineering School – is seeking an exceptional and proven business leader to guide its professional staff cohort to support the School in achieving its vision of being recognised internationally as a leading engineering school.

The General Manager will have a great people-focus with the ability to effectively manage, motivate and influence the School's dedicated professional staff. The General Manager will embed a robust customer service culture within the professional work teams integrating these into the teaching, research and engagement functions of the School. In this role the General Manager will work alongside outstanding academic leaders and thinkers, and in particular will work in close partnership with the Dean.
