We are looking for a self-starter with a wide range of skills to join the Planning and Operations Team coordinating business activities for Information Services.
Working closely with colleagues you will manage projects, provide quality assurance, co-ordinate operational risk identification, gather and analyse user requirements and feedback for improvement initiatives and develop service performance metrics for operational reporting.
Therefore, extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of project management, risk management, business process analysis, and service improvement are essential for this post.
You will work comfortably with users at all levels, be very process-driven with excellent analytical skills and be focused on delivering to deadlines at high levels of quality.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a developing team helping to transform service delivery at a time of significant investment and change.
