Salary: £40,782 to £48,008 pa inc.
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking information professional to provide leadership and vision in this new role, ensuring recognised excellence and innovation in the development and delivery of Library Academic Services. You will support teaching, research, postgraduate, international and partnership students and staff, and actively contribute to the University’s Strategic Plan.
This is a vital role developing and sustaining high level strategic engagement with the wider academic community as we review a number of key areas: our collection management policy; use of resource list software; supporting research and open access policies; contributing to the student experience and NSS and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction.
You will have responsibility for leadership of the Subject Librarian team; stock selection and managing aspects of library resources budgets and will be a member of the library senior management team.
