Buckinghamshire New University are leaders in Education and Management training for the Events industry and have a first class reputation for providing education and training in the area of music and events management. The University has an impressive range of live music facilities including brand new live areas as well an established venue.

It has highly successful undergraduate programmes which provide specialisms for the events industry and is an acknowledged centre of excellence for the study of Crowd Safety in Music and Sports.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of undergraduate and post graduate courses related to Live Events Management.

You will be an events specialist, able to demonstrate both management experience and a significant working knowledge of aspects of managing and promoting indoor and outdoor live events in one or more of the following areas music, cultural and sports events. In addition specific knowledge of some of the following areas of sponsorship, event agency, licensing, sports regulation and relevant legislation relating to live events would be advantageous. In addition you will have academic experience and have delivered courses at HE level in the Events area.
