The School of Management and Social Sciences is a rapidly expanding School which offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
The School currently offers undergraduate programmes in Education and Social Science, Business Law /LLB, Management Studies, Psychology, Tourism, Tourism Management and Geography, a foundation degree in Psychology and Counselling as well as post graduate qualifications in Charity Management, International Tourism Development, Managing for Sustainability and International Business Practice.
The School now seeks to appoint a lecturer to join the undergraduate degree programme in Management Studies. This is a challenging appointment which will combine lecturing with curriculum development and research. You will be required to teach in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Management Principles and Practices and Research methods.
You will hold a first degree in a relevant subject, together with a PhD in the field of Business and Management Studies. You will be able to contribute to the research culture within both the School and the University College, and provide subject and pedagogic expertise to enhance and support curriculum development. You must also be committed to the continuing enhancement of the student experience.
