An exciting opportunity has been created from a partnership with London’s most vibrant theatre for new theatre, comedy & cabaret, Soho Theatre, and the University of Westminster. The purpose of this new role is to develop a digital delivery capability to provide comedy accessible online, on demand and internationally. The post-holder will be able to draw on the artistic and business experience of the former and the academic resources and support of the latter.

The Associate will be required to assist Soho Theatre to expand into new markets, through international tours and distributing digital content. The Associate will work closely with Soho Theatre’s Executive Director to pioneer a new business venture, working with leading professionals in the entertainment industry. This will develop the Associate’s business development skills, overseas work, experience of the digital sector and professional experience of project delivery, from concept to launch.

The role requires an ambitious and innovative person educated to degree level or equivalent with excellent communication and analytical skills.

This role is part of a 2 year Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), with continuous support from the University of Westminster. For further details of KTPs see the website of KTP & University of Westminster’s KTP Unit.

Soho Theatre
