The post is based in the UlsterSportsAcademy which is the academic division of sport at the University. The Academy has a long tradition and outstanding reputation for teaching, research and knowledge transfer in a range of sport and exercise related disciplines. The postholder will support the delivery of the new degree programme in Applied Sports Management which is offered in partnership with the Higher Colleges of Technology in Abu Dhabi (UAE). While the post will be based in the Ulster Sports Academy on the Jordanstown campus the postholder will be expected to travel to deliver courses in our out-centre provision in UAE.
Applicants must have experience of teaching, assessing and supporting students at HE and/or FE level. Preference will be given to applicants with publication in peer-reviewed academic research publications suitable for inclusion in REF.)
