The role As part of our new Strategy & Architecture Division, you will be required to support the function and operation of the Identity Management System (IdMS). Working with the Service Management teams and third party suppliers you will ensure that issues relating to identity information in and access to University systems are identified and quickly resolved. You will support the Head of Information Services in the promotion of good practise in the areas of data quality and consistency across connected systems and the adoption of Identity Management as a discipline at the University. You will also support the PMO/Third Parties in planning for the integration of new systems or the development of interfaces between existing systems and the IdMS.
Your profile With a demonstrable record of relevant experience in a similar environment; you have successful experience with an Enterprise Directory service, preferably eDirectory and/or Microsoft Active Directory. You have in depth experience and knowledge of LDAP and the creation of LDAP queries and experience of vendor specific directory management tools such as ADUC and iManager. Current knowledge and experience of NetIQ (formerly Novell) Identity Manager v3.x or higher is desirable.
