About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to assist the Head of Study Support and Wellbeing to manage and develop our Study Support Service. You will offer leadership and management, ensuring that our students receive a high quality service that directly contributes to our corporate goals to improve retention, achievement and employability.

Joining the cohesive management team of our award winning Student Services, you will deliver and develop the Study Support Service to meet strategic and operational objectives. You will work closely with the Deputy Head, Counselling and Wellbeing to promote the service throughout our University.

With a degree or equivalent professional qualification in teaching/supporting students with disabilities, you will have substantial experience as a practitioner with expertise in disability support in the Higher Education sector. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, determination and the ability to support and motivate others to achieve goals and enhance our student experience. Significant experience of managing staff and budgets is essential.
