The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8. The salary range will be £40,216 - £47,441 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
The UCL Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO) is in an exciting phase as we gear up for the launch of our most ambitious and innovative fundraising campaign yet. We will be raising money for ground-breaking research, critical student support and state of the art learning and teaching facilities for staff and students.

As a Senior Development Manager at UCL, you will focus on securing major gifts in support of a number of institutional priorities relating to our world class research and improving the student experience.
You will have significant experience in fundraising including devising sophisticated cultivation and solicitation plans, face-to-face asks and closing gifts of at least high five-figures, or related experience. Transferable skills may be considered in lieu of direct fundraising experience. You must be able to understand and communicate complex academic visions to non-academic supporters and have an understanding of and passion for the power of philanthropy.
We are open to applications from candidates interested in job share/part-time working which will be considered for a minimum of 4 days per week which can be spread over 5 days, as well as those interested in a full-time position.
