The Role

Join our new Marketing and Communication Department, and you will provide leadership to a team of widening participation and outreach and recruitment professionals while assisting the Head of Widening Participation in implementing key strategies. Quality assurance will also be a key aspect of the role as you take charge of monitoring and evaluating the impact of our activities.
The Person
In a career focused on inspiring, motivating and encouraging people to achieve their potential, you will have been responsible for the successful management and implementation of a range of outreach activities. So you’ll be an experienced educational professional with excellent knowledge of widening participation policy together with the leadership skills, drive, and ambition to ensure everyone that could benefit from a Kingston education does.
Familiarity with implementing widening participation strategy, the OFFA Access Agreement, and HEFCE WPSS would be desirable. The ability to impress at all levels will be essential.
The Faculty / Department
Kingston University has a long and successful reputation for its work in widening participation and fair access. Having recently become a part of the new Marketing and Communication Department the WP team are looking forward to bringing together the widening participation knowledge and skills to this new department
