The School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Formulation to support teaching and research in all areas of Pharmaceutics.
You will be joining a dynamic School of Pharmacy and Life Sciences with a vibrant teaching and research portfolio. Teaching duties will focus on the recently reaccredited Master of Pharmacy course as well as a number of postgraduate instructional masters programmes, including on line courses in Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Advanced Pharmacy Practice and our popular MSc in Instrumental Analytical Sciences. The School will, this summer, move to purpose –built, state-of-the-art facilities at the University’s Garthdee campus. The University has established three Research Institutes and it is envisaged that the successful applicant will be eligible to apply for membership of one of these as part of their research commitment.
Applicants for this post should possess a first degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or Formulation Science and be educated to Doctoral level. Post-doctoral studies in a relevant area will be an advantage.
