Purpose and Main Duties

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the busy Student Administration team within Registry Services.

You will work closely with the Head of Student Administration to provide day-to-day co-ordination and oversight of the processes and systems required to support admissions, enrolment and the UCAS cycle. A significant part of the role will be to co-ordinate the College’s UCAS admissions process, including Clearing which will require you to also work closely with staff in Planning and Business Systems.
Candidate Requirements
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with minimum two years experience of working in HE admissions. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, possess strong IT skills including the use of the SITS student records system. You must also have good working knowledge of UCAS systems and processes with previous experience of Clearing activities.

Further Information
Salary: £30,023 rising to £34,307 per annum inclusive of London Allowance
This job is full time and permanent. The salary quoted above is inclusive of London allowance. The initial salary award will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful applicant. The appointment may be subject to a probationary period of up to six months.
