Based in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management, the post will be located on the Belfast campus which specialises in hospitality and culinary arts. The postholder will enhance the existing team by bringing expertise in both hospitality and marketing. S/he will engage in teaching, at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and will contribute to the research, academic enterprise and administrative activities of the Department. The postholder must have knowledge of current topics and trends in hospitality management in both applied and theoretical contexts. Preference may be given to those candidates who can demonstrate expertise in hospitality marketing and to applicants with research outputs eligible for inclusion in REF 2014, possibly as an early career researcher.
The salary scale for posts at the level of Lecturer is £32,285 to £45,967.
