A substantial proportion of the post will be to participate in and develop external networks to build relationships for future collaboration. You will be passionate about education and committed to supporting teacher development. You will have track records of successful teaching in secondary schools, with recent experience of working either in the school environment as a skilled practitioner, a consultant or a lecturer in higher education, with the commitment and enthusiasm to communicate your knowledge effectively. You will hold a degree, qualified teacher status and, ideally, a higher qualification. The Faculty has a dynamic research and consultancy environment that generates support for innovative projects each year. The successful candidate will have a range of opportunities to develop research interests, to develop key areas of expertise into consultancy, and to maintain links with schools.
