The University of Glasgow, in partnership with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and capable member of academic staff to deliver assigned courses from the BEng (Honours) programmes in Electronics and Electrical Engineering. The post is available at Lecturer level, although exceptional candidates may be considered for appointment at Senior Lecturer Level.

Join us and become part of this prestigious partnership working collaboratively with colleagues from both institutions to ensure the success of this exciting venture. You will be based on the Glasgow campus, but will visit UESTC in Chengdu regularly to deliver taught courses. You will also undertake research of international standard in an area within Electronics and Electrical Engineering, with the opportunity to develop collaborative programmes with UESTC.

It is expected that interviews will be held on 18 June 2013 at the University of Glasgow.
