Tutors in English for Academic Purposes for a 6 week EAP pre-sessional course (5 August – 13 September, 2013)
Applications are sought from suitably qualified tutors to teach on a 6-week intensive pre-sessional EAP course in the summer period. The successful applicants will be required to teach 21 hours a week on courses designed to prepare international students for entry to university degree programmes in starting in late September 2013.
Candidates should be experienced EFL teachers and should have a DELTA or the equivalent. Holders of the CELTA will also be considered if there is evidence to suggest that they would be able to adapt to the demands of teaching EAP in a higher education context. EAP experience in a university context is highly desirable.
Salary: £765 per week, inc. holiday entitlement.
