The Mammalian Behaviour & Evolution Group are seeking an individual to help with the welfare, care and management of rodents and their enclosures to support our animal behaviour research. The Group is funded largely by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC), the National Centre for 3Rs (NC3Rs) and by charities. You should be qualified to BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) and have experience in rodent handling and behaviour, have excellent practical skills and be prepared to work outdoors. The post is available for 1 year.
