The Department of English invites applications for a Lecturer in Creative Writing.
You should have a doctorate in an appropriate specialism (or be close to completion), a developing record of publications of prose or poetry, recent and relevant teaching experience at degree level, and a commitment to best practice in learning and teaching in line with the ethos of the Department of English.
You should be able to teach a range of core and specialist modules in Creative Writing at undergraduate level. An ability to teach poetry and historical fiction might be advantageous.
