A full-time Work-Related Learning Assistant is required for at the University of Exeter for a one year post. Mainly focussing on the eXfactor programme, the role involves administration, liaison and hosting to support this programme.

This internship is part of the Graduate Business Partnership scheme. The University of Exeter manages paid internships for graduates, placing them with small, medium and large organisations or companies. For more information on the scheme please visit www.exeter.ac.uk/internships   

The role will primarily focus on the eXfactor, our day-long experiential learning programme which is mandatory for all first year undergraduates to participate in. This will involve liaising with colleagues in Colleges and across the Professional Services in order to secure employers and alumni contacts to participate in session delivery and network with students. This will include all aspects of relationship management and include hosting employers and alumni during their visit to campus. You will also be providing support for the day to day administration

Applicants should be creative and resourceful graduates (applications will be accepted from those completing their degree in June 2013) with excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. You should also have excellent liaison and networking skills and together with good IT skills (word and excel). Finally you will ideally have some knowledge of the eXfactor and The Exeter Award and/or a passion for the ‘Exeter experience’.
