We are now seeking an exceptional individual to enable UEL to realise these as its next Vice-Chancellor, with overall responsibility for the leadership of the University and its strategy, and to act as a compelling advocate and representative for the institution to a wide range of stakeholders regionally, nationally and internationally.

Candidates for this critical role will bring passion, energy and a genuine commitment to the missions and values of UEL, with the ability to articulate an inspirational vision for the future direction of the University. An innovative and entrepreneurial senior leader, you will demonstrate proven delivery of successful change across large and complex organisations, and a strong understanding of the UK and international Higher Education landscape. As Vice-Chancellor, you will bring a transformative leadership approach that will motivate and inspire staff and students towards achieving UEL’s ambitions.
