Faculty Positions in Anthropology and Sociology

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore, Pakistan, invites applications for full time/ adjunct/ visiting positions in the areas of Social/Cultural Anthropology and Sociology. The successful candidates will be required to teach undergraduate students and provide input towards the development and expansion of the Anthropology and Sociology Major.

Its BSc (honours) in Humanities and Social Sciences is one of the best offered in Pakistan and provides students with the option of majoring in a variety of disciplines.

Candidates should have a strong grasp of the basics of teaching undergraduate students in Anthropology and/or Sociology including quantitative and qualitative methods of research, and social and anthropological theory.
