Professorial salary level: up to £66,450

Reader salary level: up to £53,233

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer salary level: up to £44,607

We are seeking to appoint academic staff with a research interest in Criminology at one of the following levels: Professor; Reader; or Lecturer/Senior Lecturer. 

Contributing to the Criminology and Sociology subject group in both administration and other key roles, you will generate research and enterprise income and help to raise the profile of the Institute and School through research and consultancy.  You will enhance the Institute’s and School’s profiles of research outputs, contributing to the Research Excellence Framework 2014 and beyond. 

With a PhD in an appropriate discipline and research experience/knowledge in criminology, you will have a record of income generation and of successfully completing externally funded research projects.  You must be able to demonstrate a record of peer reviewed research outputs at international level and be eligible for submission to REF 2014 UoA 22 Social Policy.
