To manage operational health and safety in the Estates Department in connection with the University's operations but more specifically asbestos and legionella.
The post will provide key operational management and responsibility on matters relating to asbestos and related works, construction and Estates operational activities.
You will work with managers, consultants and contractors to help ensure they have compliant solutions to problems.
Applicants will preferably come from a commercial or contractor background and/or understand the need to be pro-active and to manage the operations/activities.
