The University of Southampton Library is one of the major research libraries in the UK. We seek a University Librarian with the vision and ability to lead our world class Library and its integration with the University’s ambitious research and strategic priorities. You will have:
- Excellent management and leadership experience
- A reputation of credibility within the profession
- A thorough understanding of the library and information needs in a research intensive university
- Outstanding communication skills and proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
This is an important senior leadership role at the University. We are ambitious about our future and are looking for a pro-active, well networked Librarian to join our team and play a leading role in shaping the future of our library services.
