The post is full-time (1.0 FTE) and available from 1st June 2013. 

Salary will be on the IOE’s Grade 6 salary scale in the range of £24,766 and £29,541. In addition, you will receive £2,323 London Allowance per annum.

This is an exciting time to be involved in initial teacher education with the introduction of the School Direct programme. This is a multifaceted role supporting the primary Initial Teacher Education programmes, in the first instance.  We are looking to recruit a talented, experienced, proactive and highly organised administrator to join our ITE team to provide comprehensive administration and support. 

You will have sound administration experience, preferably in Higher Education and/or initial teacher education. You will have strong organisational skills to take on the demands of the programmes. Your will be flexible in your approach with a high degree of accuracy to work in a very busy open-plan office. You will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable you to work with a diverse range of people.
