The college is looking to recruit a MIS Report Writer/Developer to join the Management Information Services team. They will perform a key role in supporting data management within the College by developing and maintaining the college reporting system, extracting information and creating reports and supporting the production of the statistical/funding returns to external bodies.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and well-motivated individual, who has in-depth working knowledge of data analysis and experience in producing reports from information systems. Knowledge of FE/HE funding and experience of student records systems would be advantageous.
The successful candidate must have comprehensive working knowledge and experience using SQL Server databases and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and be familiar with other report generators, e.g. Crystal Reports. As part of the interview process you will be required to demonstrate the skills required for this post.
Good communication and problem solving skills are essential as you will be working as part of a well-established team.
