Summary of Job Purpose and Principal Duties
The focus of the role within the Business Applications team is to provide support for university business systems. The team supports a large number of systems and this post will be focussed, initially, in providing second level user support and working with colleagues to provide cross system support. The role holder will be required to acquire in depth specific understanding of one or more business systems and to become the primary contact for these systems.
