We are seeking an experienced Postdoctoral Research Fellow to work on a BHF funded project to investigate molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation of platelet function.
The successful candidate will use a range of in vitro and in vivo techniques to study haemostasis and thrombosis.
You will have:
- A PhD in an appropriate area of the biomedical sciences
- Experience of cell and molecular biology, and protein biochemistry, ideally in the platelet field
- An ability to produce high quality experimental data
- A good publication record
- Good intellectual (planning and interpretation) and technical ability
- An ability to work and communicate effectively both as a member of a team and independently
