£32,180 (£35,750 after probation) + £3k if based in London
Teach First is one of the UK’s leading education charities, working in partnership with schools and other organisations to break the link between low family income and poor educational attainment. We match high calibre individuals with schools in challenging circumstances where they teach for a minimum of two years. Supporting them on their journey is the Teach First Leadership Development Programme.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a programme delivery and evaluation expert to join our newly formed Development & Delivery team. This is a critical role with a national remit.
As Senior Officer, you’ll have responsibility for developing quality assurance mechanisms for the Leadership Development Programme to ensure it is both effectively developed centrally and contextualised appropriately across England and Wales. You’ll collaborate widely, supporting with quality assurance throughout the year, particularly as we plan to deliver training to approximately 1300 new participants at a six-week residential institute. You’ll also support the division with partner procurement to ensure our Leadership Development offer remains top quality and build alignment with the Research, Evaluation & Impact team to ensure best practice evaluations.
We’re looking for someone with a successful-track record supporting with programme delivery and managing quality assurance processes. You’ll need to be able to manage a diverse portfolio of stakeholders across a wide geographical area and so strong relationship building skills are essential. Vital to your success will be your ability to work collaboratively, think strategically and manage multiple projects.
