Hospitality Services are seeking to recruit a Senior Head Chef in their busy department.
This is a senior management post within the department with responsibility for providing the University community and visitors with a range of services, which includes the provision of all student and staff catering services:
Staff Dining Room, Student Refectory, “Source” (faculty catering outlets), all in-house production and precinct satellite kitchens, as well as corporate hospitality, conference and event catering.
