English Language Summer School Tutors

The English Language Centre is seeking to appoint a number of suitably-qualified, experienced English language tutors for the University of Lincoln Chinese summer School. A number of positions are available, dependent upon the final cohort size.
This is the second year of the summer school and will include a comprehensive programme of English language development and cultural activities for up to 150 students visiting the UK from Nanchang University based in China. The period of employment is fixed term for a 4 ½ week period comprising ½ week of preparation followed by 4 weeks of teaching.
The course dates for teaching are:
Wednesday 10th July to Friday 12th July 2013 – Preparation and induction for teachers
15 hours
Monday 15th July to Friday 9th August 2013 Teaching
The course will require a minimum of 15 hours of teaching per week.
Interviews will take place during week beginning 20th May 2013 and can be conducted by Skype if required.
