We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our NIHR Royal Marsden and Institute of Cancer Research Biomedical Research Centre and help implement our new funding and performance management processes. We have a diverse translational research portfolio of over 300 studies being led by some of the top names in cancer research. You will work closely with colleagues and researchers in both institutions, and there is the opportunity to work at both our Chelsea and Sutton sites. Occasional travel to national meetings may also be required. This is an exciting and challenging role and we need someone who is proactive, forward looking and happy to work as a member of a collaborative and supportive team.
You will have:
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience of supporting or running a high level committee.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A flexible but organised approach to work with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- The ability to work well as part of a small team and with a number of key colleagues across more than one site.
