You should have a first degree in Engineering or related subject, an MBA in Masters or Management or a related subject and preferably you should be working towards or achieved a PhD in Management or related subject. You will ideally have experience of working in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm.
Your duties will include implementing an innovative organisational cultural development and change programme that will impact on the Firm’s performance by better understanding client needs, re-examining pricing strategy and challenging operational processes.
You must be able to drive projects by working independently and in a team and have the ability to learn and apply a range of academic techniques in a commercial environment. You must have the ability to prioritise workloads and engage key stakeholders in the projects.
You will report on a regular basis to the Finance Director and Managing Partner on the progress of the projects as well as prepare reports to summarise the key findings for the Management of the Firm.
