Home based in the UK with frequent travel
Tribal have a vacancy for an Implementation Lead within Higher Education Professional Services. This exciting and exacting role within the specialist project implementation leads group will require UK and sometimes International travel. The post holder will be expected to offer project management and change leadership skills supporting a wide range of clients gain step changes in value from Tribal’s software solutions. You will be expected to have a high level of understanding of the education sector and the application of technology and business process to it.
The cornerstone of the role is managing the relationship between the customer and Tribal during change and a strong relationship and successful change program, meeting time and budget targets are the aims. We are looking for leaders who can assist clients and Tribal plot their way through complex change issues, who can ensure the solutions are placed correctly within an Institution’s application strategy and can offer supportive, pragmatic and thoughtful support to staff from the front line to the project sponsor.
The emphasis of this role is on leadership more than project management. However the ability to project manage will be required and a good understanding of how client project managers succeed and the support they need is essential. You will be involved in proposals from their conception taking responsibilities within the sales process inputting into cost and resourcing models and forming an early relationship with the prospective client.
For candidates with great skills in leadership and change or sector knowledge, software and methodology training will be provided along with a supported induction program.
