The Academic Partnership Unit (APU) at Coventry University works with Faculties and Services across the wider University to identify and develop academic collaborations between Coventry University and institutions around the world. Providing extensive support to our partners, the APU primarily helps to facilitate the development, management and delivery of academic programmes jointly with overseas education providers.
With over 13,000 students studying overseas for a Coventry University award we are among the top 10 institutions in the UK for off shore delivery. Our team has begun a significant new phase with ambitious targets for expanding the scale of our activity and becoming a leading university worldwide in the delivery of transnational education (TNE).
To achieve further growth and increase our presence worldwide, we are looking to recruit a Partnership Development Manager with a proven track record of sales and business development to join our team.
Reporting to the APU Deputy Director Business Development, this is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in the pursuit of our ambitious targets. The post holders will be responsible for identifying new partnerships, the development of new markets and new forms of collaborative delivery and progression.
The post holders will be expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver pro-active identification of market opportunities, effective prioritisation of opportunities based on identified academic and financial returns, and efficient planning and resource allocation in support of business development.
This post will be based on the main Coventry University Campus.
